Marlborough Properties (Douglas) Limited, whose registered office is situated in Leicester, bought 2-4 Regent Street, Douglas, for £3,750,000.

It was bought from Anthan I Limited, whose registered office is situated in London, and Legal and General Assurance Society Limited, whose registered office is situated in London.
